Nicolas is the Collaborative Director, Cellist, and Founder of Chromos.

The Chromos Collaborative is the chamber music branch of the larger orchestra. Comprised of musicians within the greater Boston area, this core of chamber musicians is dedicated to presenting evocative and celebrated works of the standard and non-standard classical repertoire.

Formed during the tumultuous summer and fall of 2020, the Chromos Collaborative reinvigorated the tradition of outdoor performance during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide cultural nourishment for a socially distant public. We will continue this open-air tradition in the spring, summer, and early fall of 2021, with a series of concerts held in the courtyard of a private residence in Cambridge, MA, among other private and public venues.
